Introduction

Over the next 15 pages, you will be asked to evaluate your qualities and skills in relation to delivering learning through technology. On the last two pages, you can check your own results. Pages with questions contain nine to fifteen questions.

You must give an honest account of your qualities and skills to create a development plan that will have the greatest positive impact. Remember that you are likely to be more competent where you have knowledge and experience of performing the quality or skill. You are likely less competent if you do not have knowledge or experience in performing a quality skill.

Your answers to the questions in the diagnosis tool will be used to identify your priorities for development. Before you use the diagnosis tool, we need to ensure that you understand how the tool will be used and that you consent to participate. Please consider the following points before continuing:
